Safety Statistics

SWAT has well-established incident reporting policies and procedures. All safety statistics

listed are compiled and reported on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Detailed incident

information is reviewed monthly to determine root cause, impact on SWAT’s business, and

preventative measures. SWAT also participates in the WCB Participation in the Prevention

Injury Reduction (PIR).

SWAT has provided a current WCB Clearance and Experience Rating Statement within the

appendicesof our formal SOQ. The SOQ can be downloaded at the main page of the site.
